RETURNS
We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product. If you wish to return your product:
• Returns must requested within 21 days of delivery date.
• Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
• We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return, unless the return is a result of our error or a defective product.
You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded unless you received damaged or incorrect merchandise.
Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until we confirm receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.
A refund will be issued after your return has been processed, which may take 7-14 business days after your return is received. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your return and refund amounts
If you receive an item that is either incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 14 days for a full refund and return shipping label.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
ORDER INFORMATION
Orders placed by 5PM PST leave our facility within one (1) business day and arrive within 3–6 business days from the purchase date.
You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. You can check the status of your orders under the “My Account” section of our website.
We aim to ship as quickly as possible, so please contact us immediately for order cancellations or changes.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
